Rhianna Hess

Rhianna Hess aka “Realtor Rhi”, owner of Charter Oak Realty, LLC, based in Knox County, is an 19 veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over North Central Illinois in over 1000 real estate transactions. Rhianna has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.

She studied Marketing and Advertising at The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and afterward began work in Real Estate. Passionate about customer service and results, Rhianna has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.

Active in the community, Rhianna enjoys her role as Vice President of the Spoon Lake Activity Team and their effort to provide entertainment and community enriching events to the Oak Run community where she resides. Rhianna has also served the Knox County Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity.

In her free time, Rhianna loves cooking, traveling and spending time at Oak Run together with her friends and 3 sons, Camden, Carson and Preston as well as her dogs, Marshall and Mia.  Quality time with those she loves is never something Rhianna takes for granted. “I always give thanks for the opportunity to live where people come to get away, we have it good!”
